Fully automated system

Property Manager can apply to have the account upgraded to a 14 day billing account that works in the following way,

Credit card must be loaded against the account for sweep to happen
On day of booking an invoice is issued due 14 days after the inspection
You load the property occupants details and we liaise with them around the booking date
On inspection complete Pass/Fail a report about the property will be issued
14 Days after inspection you card will be charged to allow you time to collect rent and notify the property owner

2 Ways to Book

Book now, where you select the date on behalf of the tenant
Send a booking link, you approve the booking and the tenant chooses the day

Automation

Upload and Download a CSV of all your properties
